We enjoyed our stay at Petit Grande Miyabi, close to train stations and convenience stores and a nice park and riverwalk. The Oedo line got us to lots of places and was generally not too busy. The room was small-ish but well-equipped for a family with young kids. The staff were lovely and spoke English which made it easy for us. Reception open 8am-7pm. Self check-in is easy after hours. They were able to organise luggage forwarding for us which made the next part of our trip hassle-free by not taking luggage on the subway and Shinkansen. Recommend the nearby Yokozuna Tonkatsu Sumo lunch show, everyone who wanted to was able to have a go and photos with the sumo wrestlers, excellent food, requires booking ahead.
