General Inquiry Privacy Notice (Staging)
When you submit an inquiry on this staging website, Petit Grande Co., Ltd. stores the information you provide so authorized staff can respond to your inquiry, confirm availability, arrange viewings, and manage related accommodation communications.
The stored record may include your name, email address, telephone number, inquiry category, inquiry details, accommodation or stay details you choose to provide, the form and language used, the submission time, and the recorded privacy-policy consent. Access to inquiry details is restricted to staff members who have been explicitly authorized for this purpose.
Email forwarding of customer inquiries is currently disabled on staging. No automatic deletion schedule is currently configured for staging inquiry records; they remain stored until an authorized manual deletion is performed. This staging retention rule is not approval of a final production retention policy and must be reviewed before production use.
