Exactly as Described! Comfortable Stay for Four!
The room was cozy and well-equipped with a microwave and induction stove, perfect for simple meals. Two double beds fit our family of four comfortably, with enough space for luggage. The staff were friendly, and the room was very relaxing. We loved the stay. The room looked exactly like the photos on the booking website.
Perfect Boutique Stay!
Super boutique property perfect for people wishing to spend a few days or more exploring Tokyo. It has many facilities to make a stay comfortable, including a washing machine and cooking tools. It’s also two minutes walk from the nearest underground station and convenience store. The staff are friendly, hospitable, kind and knowledgeable. This really is a great reasonably priced hotel, comfortable, clean and peaceful. We look forward to returning again!
Great for family with young kids
My family and I recently had a 7-night stay at this hotel, and it was a fantastic experience. The standout feature was the excellent staff—they were not only incredibly friendly and accommodating but also fluent in English, which made communication seamless and stress-free. It was thoughtfully designed, maximizing every inch of space to ensure all essentials were provided. Everything we needed was conveniently available. It offered easy access to two train lines—one was just a 10-minute walk away, and the other about 15 minutes. This made exploring Tokyo and its surrounding areas incredibly easy and efficient.
A Fully Equipped Apartment in a Great Location!
The apartment was ultra-modern and had everything we needed. The staff were helpful and friendly, the location was great, and the bed was very comfortable. All facilities were included—hob, fridge, freezer, washer, drying room, shower, bath, loo, TV, and even a balcony. What more could you ask for?!

Exceeded our expectations! Such a lovely, quiet part of Tokyo. We got the best sleep in our entire month of travel here. The staff went out of their way to be helpful, kind and wonderful. Great facilities, excellent location and such a clean space. I highly recommend it!
Everything You Need in a Perfect Spot!
Excellent location. Very well equipped. Good shower and beds. Helpful staff. We met two and both speak fluent English. Definitely will come again!
Perfectly Equipped for a Long Stay!
There was ample storage space for our luggage with two closets and extra room under the bed. The apartment came with everything we needed: a TV, full kitchen (cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle), work table, and free fast Wi-Fi. It also had a standard Japanese bathroom with shower and soak tub, a washlet toilet, and even a washer/dryer combo—perfect for longer stays. The apartment included air conditioning, a small balcony, a comfortable bed, and an extendable sofa bed. Towels were also provided. It really had everything covered!
Great Price and Location! Ideal for Family Travel!
Great location - only a short walk to the station. We are a family of 4 (including 2 teenage boys) and the rooms seemed to be more than adequate. We would consider staying here again - great price.
Great Family Stay in a Quiet Neighborhood!
There were three of us, two adults and a 5-year-old son. We spent a long time choosing by price and quality and chose this hotel—and we did not regret it. Good location in a quiet residential area, next to a playground, a park, and a pedestrian path along the Sumida River. Nearby there is a local shop with the freshest products (not a chain), and a food market. The kitchen has everything, so you can easily cook with fresh groceries. The internet is excellent. Heating with air conditioning works well.
