We stayed here on 11/10 and had a wonderful experience. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions. The hotel was also impressively clean—both the room and common areas were well-maintained and spotless. Overall, it made our stay in Japan very comfortable and enjoyable.
