Are linens, towels, and toiletries provided?
Yes. Fresh linens, towels, and basic toiletries are all prepared and ready for you upon arrival.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our apartments.
Are the apartments fully furnished?
Yes. All apartments are fully furnished with multipurpose, thoughtfully designed furniture that maximizes space. They include almost everything you need for a comfortable long stay.
Can I receive mail and parcels?
Yes. You can receive mail and parcels during your stay, but since we do not have on-site staff, please make sure to be present at the time of delivery. Please note that we are not liable for any lost or undelivered items.
Can I refund my deposit?
Yes, your deposit is refundable. Please note that a standard cleaning fee and any damage charges (if applicable) will be deducted from your deposit. The remaining balance will be returned to you within 30 days after check-out.
Do apartments have laundry machines?
Yes. Every apartment has its own washing machine, making it easy to do laundry at your convenience during your stay.
Do the apartments have a kitchen?
Yes. Each apartment comes with an induction stove, kitchen utensils, and dining ware. Dishwashing detergent and a sponge are also provided, so you can start cooking right away.
Do you have a baby cot?
Unfortunately, we do not have baby cots in our units.
Do you have a car service?
Yes, we do. Please note that this is an additional service with a separate charge. Feel free to contact us for more details or to arrange your booking in advance.
Do you require a deposit?
For weekly stays, no deposit is required. However, please note that charges may apply in the event of any damages to the room during your stay. The amount will vary depending on the nature of the damage. For monthly stays, a security deposit is required, and the amount may vary depending on the length of stay. Please feel free to contact us for more details.
How can I dispose my suitcase? Is there a fee?
Yes. There is a fee to dispose a suitcase in Japan, as it is considered bulky waste. Our standard disposal fee is ¥1,500 per suitcase. Kindly inform us in advance if you wish to dispose any large waste so we can assist in arranging it properly.
How do I make a reservation?
To book, please complete the application form. Weekly stays can also be reserved directly online. Your reservation is confirmed once both payment and a signed contract have been received.
Is an extension possible?
Yes, extensions are possible but subject to room availability. Additional charges may apply, so we kindly ask that you inform us in advance if you wish to extend your stay.
Is cleaning service included?
For weekly stays, cleaning and linen changes are included once a week. For monthly stays, cleaning is not included but can be requested for an additional fee.
Is smoking allowed inside the apartment?
No. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all apartments. Designated smoking areas are available outside the property.
What are the quiet hours?
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, and we kindly ask all guests to respect them for everyone’s comfort.
What is included in the price for Monthly Plan Stays?
The rent includes utilities and free use of unlimited Wi-Fi. Please note that for monthly stays, utilities are covered up to ¥15,000 per month, and any excess usage will be charged to the guest.
What is included in the price for Weekly Plan Stays?
The weekly plan includes utilities, unlimited use of Wi-Fi, and cleaning service with towel and linen changes, as well as refills of basic amenities.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Our standard check-in time is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
