Can I receive parcels at the hotel?

Yes, we can accept mail and parcels delivered to the hotel. However, please note that for items delivered too far in advance of your stay, a minimal storage fee of ¥1,000 per item per day will apply due to limited space. We kindly encourage you to arrange delivery on your arrival date or during your stay, and we will be happy to receive them on your behalf.
