Late check-out is available for ¥1,500 per hour, subject to room availability on the day. Please note that requests cannot always be accommodated, so we kindly ask you to inform the Front Desk in advance.

Yes, we can arrange delivery via Yamato Transport. Prices vary by size and quantity. Please request at the front desk upon check-in or at least one day before check-out (2–3 days in advance for deliveries outside Tokyo).

Yes, you may send your luggage to the hotel in advance. Please ensure the package is addressed under the reservation name and arrange delivery on your arrival date or during your stay. Items arriving earlier may incur a storage fee of ¥1,000 per piece per day due to limited space.

Our front desk is open from 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM. For after-hours needs, we provide an emergency contact number and telephone support, so assistance is available 24 hours.
Can I receive parcels at the hotel?

However, please note that for items delivered too far in advance of your stay, a minimal storage fee of ¥1,000 per item per day will apply due to limited space. The closest station is Ryogoku Station. It’s just a 3-minute walk from the Toei Oedo Line (Ryogoku Station) EXIT A1 and about a 7-minute walk from the JR Chuo-Sobu Line (Ryogoku Station).

We do not have parking on-site, but there is a convenient parking lot located just in front of the hotel.

Currently, we do not serve breakfast. However, you can enjoy our all-day unlimited coffee. Each room is also equipped with a kitchen, and there are plenty of cafés, restaurants and even supermarket nearby. You are welcome to bring food back and enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner in your room, in the garden, in the lounge, or even on the rooftop.
