How can I dispose my suitcase? Is there a fee?

Yes. There is a fee to dispose a suitcase in Japan, as it is considered bulky waste. Our standard disposal fee is ¥1,500 per suitcase. Kindly inform us in advance if you wish to dispose any large waste so we can assist in arranging it properly.
Is an extension possible?

Yes, extensions are possible but subject to room availability. Additional charges may apply, so we kindly ask that you inform us in advance if you wish to extend your stay.
Can I refund my deposit?

Yes, your deposit is refundable. Please note that a standard cleaning fee and any damage charges (if applicable) will be deducted from your deposit. The remaining balance will be returned to you within 30 days after check-out.

What is included in the price for Weekly Plan Stays?

What time is check-in and check-out?

Our standard check-in time is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
How do I make a reservation?

To book, please complete the application form. Weekly stays can also be reserved directly online. Your reservation is confirmed once both payment and a signed contract have been received.
What are the quiet hours?

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, and we kindly ask all guests to respect them for everyone’s comfort.
Is smoking allowed inside the apartment?

No. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all apartments. Designated smoking areas are available outside the property.
Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our apartments.
Can I receive mail and parcels?

Yes. You can receive mail and parcels during your stay, but since we do not have on-site staff, please make sure to be present at the time of delivery. Please note that we are not liable for any lost or undelivered items.

Are the apartments fully furnished?

Yes. All apartments are fully furnished with multipurpose, thoughtfully designed furniture that maximizes space. They include almost everything you need for a comfortable long stay.
What is included in the price for Monthly Plan Stays?

The rent includes utilities and free use of unlimited Wi-Fi. Please note that for monthly stays, utilities are covered up to ¥15,000 per month, and any excess usage will be charged to the guest.
