Petit Grande Miyabi

The location in Ryogoku was ideal — quiet at night but just minutes from the train station. I loved being able to walk to the Sumo Stadium and the Hokusai Museum. The rooftop view of Skytree at night was unforgettable.

My partner and I booked Miyabi for a week and it was perfect. The room was cozy, very clean, and the little details (bathrobes, coffee, guide maps) made it special. We took the rooftop photo with Skytree behind us — a memory we’ll keep forever.

What I loved most about staying at Miyabi was being in Ryogoku itself. We could try authentic chanko-nabe, visit the Edo-Tokyo Museum, and stroll along the Sumida River. It felt less touristy than Shinjuku or Shibuya, but still well connected to the whole city.

I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our first time in Japan. The hotel was only a few hundred meters from the subway. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The place is very close to convenience stores and grocery stores. The view on the roof deck was very relaxing, especially at night. They have most of the services that our little family needed from luggage transfers to adapters for our chargers (the one we brought was not right lol). To all the staff, thanks for making our visit special. I will definitely be back here. :)

Traveling with two kids isn’t easy in Tokyo, but Miyabi made it comfortable. The room had a kitchenette and washing machine, and having two toilets was a lifesaver! Staff were kind and even gave us tips on family-friendly restaurants nearby.

We stayed here on 11/10 and had a wonderful experience. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions. The hotel was also impressively clean—both the room and common areas were well-maintained and spotless. Overall, it made our stay in Japan very comfortable and enjoyable.

I stayed here for three weeks while working remotely. Having a full kitchen and laundry facilities made a huge difference compared to a normal hotel. The staff spoke excellent English and always checked if I needed anything. Truly a home away from home.

We enjoyed our stay at Petit Grande Miyabi, close to train stations and convenience stores and a nice park and riverwalk. The Oedo line got us to lots of places and was generally not too busy. The room was small-ish but well-equipped for a family with young kids. The staff were lovely and spoke English which made it easy for us. Reception open 8am-7pm. Self check-in is easy after hours. They were able to organise luggage forwarding for us which made the next part of our trip hassle-free by not taking luggage on the subway and Shinkansen. Recommend the nearby Yokozuna Tonkatsu Sumo lunch show, everyone who wanted to was able to have a go and photos with the sumo wrestlers, excellent food, requires booking ahead.

This place was recommended by my friend. She went to Tokyo for a holiday with her family and stayed there last June. I came for holiday with my family, we received a warm welcome when we arrived and we stayed there for 4 days. When I first arrived I was kinda surprised seeing the place, at first glance it didn't look like a hotel and seemed like the location was out of nowhere, but the look of the place is japanese style, very nice! By strolling around, I began to get to know the area and I realized the location is quite nice, near a beautiful historical park, convenience stores and some food places around. I would recommend this place as a good place to stay when you are in Tokyo. Thank you.
